A LOOK INTO PAST FOR THE FOOD OF FUTURE
Presented to the Minister of Economy in the Turkish Republic Undersecretary of Treasury, the project proposal was shortlisted as one of the final three contestants. It is produced collaborating with various teams handling organization, events and design.
SEEDS OF SUSTAINABLE FOOD
In order to reflect Turkey’s effect on history of agriculture and food and Turkey’s vision on these subjects, the main theme for the pavilion has been designated at “Looking back to history for the seeds of sustainable food”. The ideas that shape both Turkey’s and world’s look on food, has been chronologically ordered with the notion of seeds for future. Each of the seeds have external walls with different material properties which correspond to the different ideas that are contained within.
